Winner – Total Body Fat %

  Molita Singh blew people away with her amazing results in this year’s challenge. Not only did she lose 14lbs but she dropped 6.9% body fat in the process. This is truly an amazing feat. She credits her results to a couple of things. First, she eliminated bad sugars from her diet. Second, she engaged in a physical weight lifting regimen that helped build lean muscle.

Winner – Total Weight Loss

  Erin Fast set a new Me First Fitness record in 2017 losing an incredible 30.4lbs in the 2017 Body Shred Challenge. She did this by adopting a very active lifestyle, including daily exercise and walking everywhere. She attended a variety of classes and continues to be a regular member at the club today!
