Jennifer has been involved in the fitness industry since 2005 when she graduated from the Fitness and Lifestyle management program at George Brown College. She has experience training people from all walks of life including athletes, older adults and children, as well as people who are recovering from injuries, those who are pre- and post- natal and the general population. Jennifer has gained experience over the years working with clients and developing exercise programs for people with and without disabilities, preserving the independence of older adults, preventing disease due to trauma and neglect and developing programs for and training athletes and rehabilitating people after disease or injury. In every stage of life, your fitness goals may change and Jennifer can help guide you through each of those stages. She will develop a program that is catered to helping you reach those goals and improve your life, fitness, longevity and overall potential.

Certifications: PTS, PNS, Resist-A-Ball Level 1 & 2 (Can-Fit-Pro).
