Marilyn is a retired Toronto Police Officer who has always loved all things fitness. Her retirement has allowed her to pursue her second career as a Personal Trainer and Bootcamp Instructor. Her years of shiftwork have given her an appreciation of how important it is to make time, not excuses, when it comes to making fitness part of your regular routine.
Certifications: PTS (Can-Fit-Pro), Trigger Point, Strong by Zumba.

My Favourite Food: Mostly healthy but I wouldn’t say no to nachos or ribs.
