Christina Papa
Christina graduated from Durham College back in 2005 and has been working as a nurse for the last 19 years. With a love for yoga and fitness Christina decided to complete her Yoga Teacher Training and later her Steel Mace Flow certification. She loves to create inclusive classes that are both challenging and fun for her students. Christina continues to expand on her skills, and knowledge of both fitness and wellness through continuous education. incorporating what she learns into her classes to create dynamic flows that will have members sweating and feeling centered as they are brought to their edge. Christina particularly enjoys empowering movements and wants to spread her love of yoga and wellness to everyone.

Things I Love: My family and friends, my dog, yoga, hiking and of course signing and dancing.

My Favourite Exercise: Power yoga and Steel Mace Flow naturally, but I also enjoy kettlebell, strength training and Zumba.
