Tanya Bahnesli-Roldan
Tanya began school in Psychology at first and ended up completing studies in Food & Nutrition Management. This is now her full-time career, where food and nutrition blend together in a clinical and culinary world.
Tanya has always been excited about anything to do with physical activity and grew up around many different styles of dance. This is why she tried her first Zumba class and was instantly hooked. She has since completed my ZIN Zumba Instructor certification.
Tanya then decided she was ready to begin formally teaching other exercise classes and completed her FIS for group fitness. She strives to create a welcoming, non-judgemental safe space for individuals who want to move their bodies and nurture their mental well-being. Tanya is so happy to be a new teacher on this journey and is learning more about herself every day.

My Favourite Exercise: dancing, anything with cardio and I also like lifting heavy things
My Favourite Food: Many, many cuisines, plus anything spicy and anything with coconut and peanut butter. There aren’t really any foods that I won’t eat, and I can never say no to a pizza.
