45 Minute Group Fitness Classes
For those who are interested in group fitness training, our 45 minute boot camp style classes are the perfect choice! With over 40 classes offered weekly and 20 different types of classes to choose from, you’ll never miss a chance to work towards your fitness goals. Class times vary between 6 am and 7 pm daily and run 7 days a week. There are a wide range of classes to choose from including, but not limited to: Tabata, HIIT, Shred, Pump, Zumba, Yoga, Kettlebell, Boxing, Step Aerobics, Powerlifting, Clubs, Maces, Strength Camp, Forever Fit and Body Blast. Memberships start as low as $99 a month and an unlimited class membership is just $129 per month. For those who are not ready to commit to a monthly membership, class packs of 10, 20 and 50 are also available.

UNLIMITED CLASSES ($129/month) – Full access to all of our in person group fitness classes. Come as many times as you like in a day. This membership renews automatically each month for the low price of just $129. That is half the price of our competitors. Virtual classes and our video library are not included.
